Is Gym Compulsory?
Gym is definitely the best way to build muscles as fast as possible but we can understand your concern. If for any reason you don’t want to go to the gym then we can craft a Home Workout or a Calisthenics workout routine.
How are you going to communicate with me?
We will be chatting back and forth on WhatsApp. If you have any doubts then it will be solved instantly on the chat and if you wanna have a discussion about certain problems then we can schedule a call.
Do I have to take Supplements?
Supplements helps a lot and comes with no disadvantages, there are supplements that comes at affordable rate and is also good for building muscle (which are all mentioned in our Grocery List) but if you don’t want to take them then it’s fine.
What will I achieve in 1 month?
Let’s be honest, it takes us around 3 to 4 weeks to understand properly about how your body reacts on certain calories. Bodybuilding is a long term game and it takes time to see results. I would be lying to you if I’ve said that you’ll be Jacked in 1 or 2 months.
Your body weight will start changing and will start showing results in 1 or 2 months and after 6 months you’ll be able to see a very noticeable results.
What will I have to do in return?
We are accepting a Dedicated person who genuinely wants to get better. You’ll just have to send us your physique photos and weight on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Follow our Diet and Workout Plan and stay true to us if you have made any mistakes.
